Our company, which has been operating in the mining sector since 1976, began this journey with the Ege Coffee House run by its late founder, Ragıp Güngören. Evolving and taking shape over the years in line with changing commercial conditions and market needs, İdamar Mermer—thanks to the contributions of Burak Güngören, who took over the company by following in his father’s footsteps, and his partner Volkan Kahraman—has become one of the largest galleries in the Aegean Region, with more than 90 domestic and international product varieties and the widest stock of marble, granite, quartz composite stone, porcelain ceramic, and semi-precious stones.

We transformed our showroom named YENIBI'YER into a venue that brings a fresh breath to conventional marble warehousing—one you can enjoy strolling through as if in an art gallery, where you can sip your coffee to music while delightfully exploring our carefully selected domestic and imported collections of marble, granite, and semi-precious stones. For years, through our participation in domestic and international fairs, we have been following innovations in the sector and striving to bring these innovations to our domestic customers…

For this reason, with the Turkey representation of Italian Materia ceramic porcelain slabs and our Aegean Region distributorship of Coante quartz composite slabs, together with our selected marble, quartzite, and granite slabs imported from Italy, India, Spain, and China, our aim is to offer our customers a wide product range with different textures, colors, and surface characteristics that can substitute for one another, to keep up with global trends, and to continue providing our valued customers with the innovative and dynamic service they deserve.  

With our extensive sales team and our collaborations with Turkey’s distinguished architects and construction projects, we operate nationwide. At the same time, our export activities, which started with the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Bahrain, and Belgium, are increasing day by day and continue with South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Bulgaria.   

Marble possesses unique beauty in terms of versatility of use. Beyond the applications we have been accustomed to for years, it is a timeless material that can be easily transformed into forms we will enjoy using in decoration, table presentations, and on tables and coffee tables.
